Cancellations

As an appointment based salon, your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you only. If you need to cancel, a 24 hour cancellation is required so that we may free up your appointment time to accommodate another guest.
If you no show or cancel the day of your appointment, you may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled services

Color Correction is by consultation and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out via text or email 2 days before your scheduled appointment. Despite our reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid late or missed appointments, and being charged according to our policy.

 

Gratuities

Credit and Debit Card transactions will be accepted for the service and/or product total ONLY. Gratuities and Cash back will not be added to the total on your card. We kindly ask that all gratuities be given in cash or check form.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase.
Cut or color adjustments will be addressed complimentary within 14 days of your original appointment.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift certificates that are purchased at LWR are redeemable for LWR only. They do not expire, however the value of a gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen. Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

 

Illness

If you are sick or have a contagious cold, please reschedule your appointment. The health of our technicians and clients after you is of utmost importance to keep the business running smoothly. If you are showing symptoms of Covid-19 we will gladly reschedule any appointment.

 

Pets

Per Chapter 477 Section 61G5-20.002 of the Florida Statutes and the Board of Cosmetology, “no animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of service animals.” Service animals [defined as an animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with special needs] are allowed on property as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) with guidelines set forth by the Department of Justice.
